UrbanHive helps customers discover Thailand rentals and homes, and helps owners, agents, and managers present property information. You agree to use the platform lawfully, provide accurate information, and avoid scraping, abusing, or interfering with UrbanHive services.

Listings may include owner-provided, manager-provided, public, and editorial information. Prices, availability, fees, building policies, and contract terms can change. Always confirm details before booking a viewing, paying a deposit, signing a contract, or making a purchase decision.

Accounts and responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the actions taken under your account. Owners and managers must only publish properties they are authorized to represent and must keep listing content accurate and customer-friendly.

UrbanHive may route inquiries between customers, owners, agents, managers, and internal support staff. We may moderate or remove messages that are fraudulent, abusive, spammy, or unrelated to legitimate property activity.
